How long is the rental period?
OC Tote Rentals packages include a two-week rental period. Extended rentals may be available for longer moves or projects.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are included with your rental. Enter your address and preferred dates with your request so we can confirm availability.
What happens if I need the totes longer?
Extended rental options may be available. Let us know as early as possible so we can review the additional rental period with you.
How far in advance should I request my totes?
Availability can vary, so submitting your request as soon as your moving dates are known is recommended.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. We’ll confirm delivery and pickup details with you once your rental is finalized.
How does the ToteKey™ system work?
Each tote includes a clear pocket with a reusable ToteKey™ room tag. Label each tote as you pack so movers and helpers can quickly see where it belongs in your new home.
What happens if equipment is lost or damaged?
Customers are responsible for lost or damaged rental equipment. Replacement charges and equipment-care details will be provided with your rental confirmation.
Do the totes need to be cleaned before return?
Please return totes empty and free of trash, food, and personal belongings. We’ll take care of the rest.
What size are the totes and how much do they hold?
Our reusable totes hold 27 gallons and measure approximately 30.4 in. × 14.7 in. × 20.4 in. They’re sturdy, stackable, and sized for everyday household items.
Can I rent additional equipment?
Yes. Hand trucks, extra dollies, and large zippered moving bags can be added to a rental request.
